5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A member may claim a promotional offer only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonuses are misused through multiple accounts, members of the same household, or the same device, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to any other account.
• pk444 reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any bonus programme at any time.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified period after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

8.1 Suspension by pk444

pk444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If a discrepancy is found during identity verification.
• If evidence of fraud or bonus abuse is found.
• In response to instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. It is recommended that you withdraw all valid balances before closing the account.

8.3 Balance Upon Permanent Closure
